This website and brand are owned and operated by NADIR NATURAL’s, a part of the NADIR GROUP OF COMPANIES, located at 90-A Block, Chenab Garden, Samundri Road, Faisalabad, Pakistan. In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to NADIR NATURAL’s, and “you” and “customer” refer to any person who visits the website or places an order.

Products and Descriptions
We offer products in four categories: departmental items, pure cold-pressed cooking oil, dehydrated products and organic products. We make every effort to describe and photograph products accurately. However, natural products may vary slightly in colour, texture, aroma, grain size or taste from batch to batch and from the images shown. Such natural variation is not considered a defect.
Prices and Payment
• All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless stated otherwise.
• Prices, offers and product availability may change without prior notice.
• Payment is accepted through the methods displayed at checkout or confirmed by our team at the time of order.
• Delivery charges, where applicable, will be communicated before the order is confirmed.
• We reserve the right to correct any pricing or listing errors and to cancel or amend an affected order, in which case you will be informed and refunded any amount already paid.
Order Acceptance
Placing an order is an offer to purchase. An order is accepted only when we confirm it to you by phone, message or email, or when it is dispatched. We may decline or cancel an order due to stock unavailability, incorrect information, suspected fraud or any other reasonable cause.
Shipping and Delivery
We dispatch orders to the address you provide. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by courier services, weather, public holidays or other circumstances beyond our control. Please provide a complete and correct address and a working phone number. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete details.
Returns and Refunds
Returns and refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy below, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions.
Health and Safety Notice
Products such as shilajit, ashwagandha-enhanced honey, kawa and other natural or herbal items are food and wellness products. They are not medicines and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Please read the label and ingredients carefully. If you have a medical condition, food allergy, are pregnant or nursing, or are taking medication, consult a qualified doctor before use. Keep products out of reach of children and store them as directed on the packaging.

You agree not to misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with its operation, submit false orders or use it for any unlawful purpose.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Faisalabad.
